MiixKey 0.9.3 and earlier cannot upgrade automatically to 0.9.4 because the update signing key changed. Install 0.9.4 manually once. From 0.9.4 onward, the app checks once at startup and shows a notice when an update is available; select View update to review it before downloading or installing.

Main Firmware Upgrade Notice
  • This firmware is only for the MiixKey ESP32-P4 main control system.
  • Do not install NRF52840 firmware as main firmware.
  • Confirm the firmware version and back up important data before upgrading.
  • Do not disconnect the device or turn off the power during the upgrade.

  • We recommend avoiding the characters ´, `, ^, and ¨.
  • If a keyboard layout or character is output incorrectly, please report your operating system, keyboard layout or input method, the expected and actual characters, and the key combination used (for example, entering @ with Shift + 2).
